We have multiple different salsas st los bravos, ranging from burrito/enchilada salsa which is what we recommend to people Who do not like spicy AT ALL,then we have our complimentary salsa that is available with complimentary chips!& then we have even spicer options which are ones we make daily IN HOUSE! Salsa verde & salsa de tomatillo! Then we have the generic bottle brands of salsa as well tapatio,Valentina, chalula etc.
Been here a half dozen times. Traditional Americanized Mexican restaurant. Food was good, service was good. Nothing over the top regarding either one. But, a good options if you are in the area.
Great food, friendly people. Been a regular here for over 15 years.
Came here for lunch. They have pretty good, $1.99 lunchtime margaritas on weekdays. The shredded chicken tacos were also good. Chips/salsa were average. I’d definitely recommend for the cheap margs, but it took them a little while to bring our check.
Herradura on the rocks margarita is always the best at every Mexican restaurant. Don't drink that pre-mixed stuff. You earned it. Enjoy life. Sorry, no pic of the Texas guacamole. It was delicious. I ate it like a wild animal. Ok, rice was par. That's good. There is only par rice and sub par. It's rice. Beans actually had a kick I could not identify. I sometimes kick up beans with a little coffee in the mix. Not sure what they did, but it has something there. Now my favorite. The relleno! OMG! Why is Georgia and northeast Florida the only ones that do rellenos this way. I love it. Give me 3 more please. Ground beef, relleno, smothered in cheese dip. And the ground beef taco, so so. Heyyyyyyyyyy we are not West of the red river folks. What do you expect? Mucho bueno!
Great food. Friendly staff. Low prices. The grilled fish tacos are the best I've ever had in my life.
Great food. Wonderful family place. They are always accommodating for their guests, even large groups!
Nothing short of excellence in both food and service. Been coming here for 15 years. Los Bravos is the most consistent restaurant I know in the Smyrna/Vinings area.
The best Mexican restaurant in Smyrna!! Great servers, great food, and an amazing environment! (If you want a good server, ask for valentine! I think he usually works Fridays, Saturdays, and Wednesdays, those are the days we usually go, I don't know what other days he works!)
Good food great staff always fun to come here
Great drinks, good food, decent prices and friendly service
Good food cold beer friendly staff
Excellent Mexican. Just a little too do I ey for my taste
Very nice restaurant. The decorations and atmosphere felt very comfortable, the food was good, and the service was amazing. We were seated quickly and greatly enjoyed our meal. The room wasn't too loud and had music playing softly in the background.
Great food family restaurant 20 year coming to eat and have a blast
Great food and even better customer service. I consider myself a regular, they know what I want when I walk in.
Los Bravos is probably my favorite local Mexican restaurant. Delicious, reasonably priced, friendly staff, giant margaritas, and great queso! Honestly, what more could you ask?
Great service and food! They sanitized and social distanced the guest.
We eat there 2 or 3 times a week. Always great food and great service. The veggie fajita is our favorite.
Well deserving of 5 stars. We came in as a large group. The sever was on point with all of orders. They served many of us so quickly bringing several dishes out one arm, so impressive as to try to let us all eat together at the same time. Food was amazing!
The best Mexican food I ever had in my life.
The BIG TEXAS never fails. Food and drinks are exquisite. The customer service is spectacular. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Great place, hot food and really good service. Their salsa is really good as well.
I forgot to take pic of my fajita steak taco. I can say they were delicious and just right in size. (Burp) yup..that good. Clean bathroom. Very nice wait staff. Pic next time.
Growing up in Smyrna I used to come here with my family weekly or biweekly since it first opened. Needless to say I grew up loving it and my parents especially love the margaritas. The Pina Brava is one of my regular meals that I've always ordered from here and it has ALWAYS come out of the kitchen overflowing with meaty, cheesey goodness. The last time I went, however, I was very disappointed and a little ticked when they brought out this pitiful imposter. The message was clear to me: greedily upping the price and cutting their portions to increase profits. I suppose they expect folks to enjoy their margaritas so much that they either don't notice or look the other way. Is it new management? Is it trying to capitalize on increased traffic from SunTrust Park? I don't know but I do know it's wrong. Shame on you for this Los Bravos. I was hungry when I ordered this and still hungry when I left with empty pockets. Please go back to the old Los Bravos.
Food is okay about a 2 1/2* but would be a lot better if it wasn't so salty. Good portions but over seasoned.
Great tacos chips and cheese dip..pretty place..nice people!
Absolutely perfect local place! I missed you in my weekly routine during this time of quarantine.
The table chips were fresh. I enjoyed the boxing on the tv screens. Unfortunately the service was slow on my first visit and my order was wrong.
Fantastic food, very friendly employees, regularly awesome vibes. They charge reasonable prices and the food quality is great. Keep it up.
Good service. Food was good, not great, but good enough for a 5 star. The service was above and beyond. Service is deserving of a 10 star. We have always been satisfied after dining at this establishment, hence reason for coming on Mother's Day
Tapatio Special. Not a bad place. Always busy in the evenings and weekends. Worth a try, but go early!
Excellent food, great service and awesome atmosphere!
Love this place. Great food
Nice little local Mexican place. Nothing fancy, but good food. I highly recommend the 27 oz Texas Margarita on the rocks.
Picked up a to go order was as expected and great food.
Good restaurant! Great customer service and very nice people. Their margaritas are excellent and strong!
This place has good food.I've had their catering before. It was on point. Most of all, I love this restaurant's giving spirit as they donate profits to local food pantry's. Actual profits! Not just leftover food.
A nice restaurant located in shopping center at corner of S Cobb Drive andEast-West Connector. Food is OK, service is good. Staff friendly. I think this is mainly geared toward providing lunch to working people in area? Closed Sundays
It's ok place for everyday food. Not impressed with the service, bathroom needs more care
Amazing experience! Ashley R. was an amazing server and Manager Ashley was wonderful also! Excellent service and friendly staff!
Amazing food, service, and poeple. I extremely recommend the chilaquiles verdes
Great food good prices
One of the best places to eat. We don't get to this side of town too often. So very glad we did tonight. Everyone is always so pleased. The food is fabulous, the service is outstanding. It's absolutely never disappointing. Love love love this place!!!!! You have to stop in a try their food😋😋😋😋😋😋
We love this place. The margaritas are fantastic, and a great variety of food. Best of all are the tacos a la carte. You can get a variety of tacos and in different amounts without the extra sides. Perfect for however hungry you may be.
First time probably the last time. Very commercial and not authentic. Tortillas which I asked if were homemade I was told yes, but clearly not. Sides tasted prepackaged. Refried beans were canned. Food was disappointing. Ordered shrimp/chicken fajitas and shrimp fajitas plates were full but missing seasoning and the protein was just ok. Nothing different than fast food Mexican. Upside very friendly staff.
This place is cheap, fast and convenient. The first time I went there I got the dish that the server recommended. Honestly it didn’t had much flavor. So I decided to try it again and I got their special piña brava dish. It was better than the last dish but still lacking flavor. If you’re looking for some inexpensive Mexican sit down place then this is definitely it. But wouldn’t recommend if you want some flavorful food.
I’ve been eating here occasionally for years since I live nearby and love Mexican food. After all these years, the LAST thing I expected was to find a ROCK in my pico de Gallo. I’m not even joking. I ordered steak fajitas and put some pico on my fajita and after biting in, I hit a rock and nearly broke my tooth. The only reason this review gets 2 stars is for the restaurant’s consistency prior to this incident. Won’t be eating here again for a while.
Fast service, good food, generous portions, good prices. Highly recommend.
Restaurant honored 6 month + old coupon for free meal, said I could have anything on the menu. I tried the talapia and shrimp with avacado. Delicious.
OMG, I can't begin to say how displeased I am with this restaurant I've never eaten here in the 20+ years of living in Atlanta. I dined alone because traffic was horrible in the area. I was seated but it took my waitress 15 minutes before coming to my table. It wasn't too crowded, so I continued to wait. Another 5 minutes passed and I flagged the hostess to take my order. Fast forward to my dinner, it was salty and lukewarm. Will never eat here again.
